The Commercial Micro Manufacturing (CMM)  website and newsletter are the sole services provided by MST Global Ltd. MST Global Ltd (here on referred to as the ‘the Company’) sets out in this policy how it uses and protects any personal information that we collect about you when you use the company website, sign up for the newsletter, and or receive emails containing information on relevant third party products or services. The Company is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information you are asked to provide by which you can be identified when using our website or magazine or by other contact methods, will only ever be used in as stated in this privacy policy.

Collecting the information we use: The Company is the sole owner of any personal information collected. The Company will ask for limited personal information when users register to receive the CMM newsletter in a digital format or to receive emails containing relevant third party product or services information.

The CMM website usage information is collected using cookies. The Company may also collect personal information from users when users communicate over the telephone, via written correspondence or in person.

The only information the Company collects includes name, job title, postal address, telephone or mobile number, email address and demographics. Only by supplying this data is the Company able to provide users with the services requested.

Using the information we collect: We use the acquired information to better understand your needs and provide you with a tailored service; in particular so we can process your magazine subscription. We may also use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send essential updates, subscription renewal reminders, promotional emails, new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find of interest. There are a limited number of subscribers we may contact from time to time to draw attention to marketing opportunities on the CMM website and relating to digital marketing products either by phone or email. Subscribers to the CMM newsletter who have clearly indicated on our subscription form that they wish to receive third party information via email will occasionally receive such emails but only containing relevant information within the business sector the Company targets i.e. the micro, MEMS and precision engineering sector. Any communications you do receive from us a as result of supplying your personal information will always include a clear, simple method to ‘opt-out’ of future communications of that nature and/or from any communication from the Company in future.
