Our latest challenges have been to machine PEEK and PTFE components with diameters down to 0.5mm and bore sizes of 0.1mm. Our latest multi-axis CNC investment allows us to produce wall thickness as low as 0.1mm approx, even on PTFE, and achieve tolerances as tight as 0.02mm on components with aspect ratios of up to 100:1
