Xpress makes an easy job of 2D measurement of flat parts, with its ‘place & press’ functionality. No need to focus, just place your components anywhere in the field of view and press “RUN”, making it ideal for measuring flat components such as washers, gaskets, O-rings, aluminium extrusions, and other pressed metal parts.
With the pattern search, for auto location and orientation, there is no need to position the part, even for batch samples, making it ideal for measurement taken with multiple operators.
