Swiss made quality bar feeders
The Tryton, Express and Sprint bar feeder product lines are developed, designed and produced at the company’s headquarter in Orvin, Switzerland. “The Alpha line is developed in Switzerland and produced in Taiwan. It is characterised by its simplicity and robustness – a cost competitive alternative to the Express and Sprint ranges, which are more efficient thanks to their functionalities and special applications”, says Samuel Ventron, Product Department Manager Europe.
Express 112: bar feeder for high-precision industries
The most recent addition to the product range of the LNS Group is the Express 112. Its development is the result of a detailed market analysis. “The Express 112 is innovative and tailored to the needs of the luxury and high precision industry as well as the medical, electronics and connectors industries. It can process bars with a diameter of 0.8 mm to 12 mm”, explains Yann Jakob, Sales Director Western Europe.
The Express 112 is very compact: Thanks to the lateral screw loading, the bar feeder is merely longer than the maximum bar length. Mr. Ventron: “Two patented solutions guarantee excellent performance at high RPM’s, the bar feeder is very reliable and can process bars of different lengths. The side loading magazine has a maximum capacity for 30 bars.”
Tailored to market needs
“The Express 112 is easy to use and developed to optimise the production process. It is a high quality, Swiss-made product”, adds Samuel Ventron. “We aim to be close to our customers to deliver products that are tailored to the market needs. LNS is leading in the small diameter bar feed market, and we want to remain one step ahead when it comes to innovation.”
The Express 112 complements the very successful Tryton series and offers the same level of performance and reliability. This bar feeder is tailored for Europe, easy to install and operate, removing any mechanical constraint to the lathe spindle. Gilbert Lile: “The Tryton and Express bar feeder series are both designed for small diameter bars. Together with the other bar feeder series as well as our range of chip conveyors, coolant management systems and air filtration solutions, the product portfolio of LNS is very diverse. LNS is a true "One-Stop-Shop" for the machine tool industry.”
LNS will showcase the Express 112 at the machinery exhibition SIAMS from 6 to 9 May, in Moutier, Switzerland. The booth will be in hall 1.1, booth A-6/B-5.
