Steinmeyer has announced a new positioning system that is ideal for liquid handling systems and medical dispensing applications. The series LTZ is a 2 axis system that incorporates precision composite belts and is driven by stepper motors. Linear guidance is provided by miniature profile guide ways.
The system also offers:
- Positional accuracy of 50 μm
- Speed of 20 mm/s
- Load capacity of 500 g
- Horizontal travel 150 mm
- Vertical travel 55 mm
