PiezoMEMS2025

International Workshop on Piezoelectric MEMS provides researchers in a wide range of fields related to piezoelectric MEMS with an opportunity to discuss and present their research, and to promote exchanges among researchers. Following the successful and memorable 10th Workshop held in Archen, the 11th PiezoMEMS Workshop will be held in Himeji, Japan. Participants from companies and academia around the world will discuss subjects including piezoelectric thin film production and evaluation technologies, as well as the development of MEMS devices. Key researchers will also be invited from all over the world to present their cutting edge research in these rapidly advancing fields. Exhibition booths will also be set up for companies and agencies that may exhibit devices, technologies and information relevant to the research and development efforts to event attendees.
