The Laser MicroJet® is an innovative and proven technology that combines a laser beam with a low-pressure water jet, which cools the material and allows cutting without taper, contamination or thermal effect.
Our technique is highly appreciated in the fields of micro-machining, from watchmaking to the medical world and microelectronics.
The laser beam is guided by means of total internal reflection, like an optical fiber, in a water jet that can vary from 25 to 80 μm diameter, depending on the selected nozzle.

Our novelties:
- New DUAL laser source (short and high-power pulses) on LCS 50-3 and LCS 300-3 allowing to obtain a homogeneous roughness (Ra) close to 0.12 μm up to 0.5 mm thickness (limit thickness close to 10 mm)
- First feasibility test is free of charge (according to estimate and demand)
